You can stack various effects by typing in multiple commands, then press tilde again once you're done to go back into the game and see what you've done. At least so far, haven't gotten the last note, but I doubt it'll change my mind of it.Following the standard for a lot of PC games, to apply Fallout 4 console commands you just need to hit the tilde (~) key in-game to reveal the developer console, then enter the command code with the required variables to define it. The quest is kind of eh, and not terribly interesting. It doesn't even have any special super sexy sound to it like the New Vegas one did. And the anti-materiel has a lower fire rate than the hunting rifle. This is only made worse for myself since I made a simple mod (that I should probably get around to uploading one of these days.) that added a gun nut rank 4 receiver for the hunting rifle to make it match up closer to the lever-action which makes it's damage 372, which becomes 547 with two-shot.
Haven't played enough with it to see if it gets added to any drop lists. With two-shot, the anti-materiel does pull a head a bit at 566 to the lever action's 532, but I don't know if you're going to ever be able to get two-shot on it without mods or console commands. Right now I've got it on survival and all sorts of perks, but basically modded out right it's 330 damage, whereas a lever action modded out to be affected by all the same perks is 367.
